James has been with the firm since he joined as a trainee estate agent in 2005 and today holds the position of Sales Director. The backbone of James’ role is carrying out market appraisals and the listing of properties for sale but you will still to this day find him helping out on property viewings and getting to know our buyers. James is proud to be Chester born and bred and having schooled here he spent three years at Lancaster University where he gained his BSc with honours in Business Studies. In addition to this, whilst being a member of the firm James has gained industry credentials and is a proud member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He is customer focused and within his role as Sales Director is always seeking new ways to enhance our customers’ experience. James is an extremely approachable and down to earth character and someone who is easy to do business with. Outside of work James enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family and friends, playing sports, and has a penchant for real ale.
