Andy has been with Humphreys of Chester for nearly a decade, and in that time has developed a strong people-first attitude. Andy believes that a good business is built upon good customer service. After several years working as a negotiator, Andy progressed to become the company’s Sale Progressor – a new role that is entirely focused on ensuring house sales and purchases are as smooth and stress-free as is possible – and has recently become Sales Manager taking overall responsibility for the performance and development of the sales team. “Moving home can be a very difficult and trying time, but in my experience the real cause of much of this stress is simply the NOT knowing. By communicating regularly with people and giving them realistic expectations – without the salesman patter – my customers know where they stand, and what to do next.”
